There are non condeco team lead as well but their condition is also very bad. In meetings, Director and managers will always talk like talk to your team lead "for this", "for that", "they will help you out.", "they are the ones who know this." and just everything to create environment so that these unethical promotions and their team lead inexperience can be justified. So you will end with situation like people with 8 to 10 year experience are working as software engineer here under 4-5 year experienced team lead. ![]() These promotions happening out of no where, when there are people who have far more experience for those positions however they will not get that because they are not from condeco. These inexperienced kids are full of arrogance, no professional way of communication, micromanaging you. Basically these kids which have been given power to manage 4-5 people under them, can't handle this power. They will promote their people to higher positions like team lead and these people clearly lack experience for that positions. These people do not hesitate to make you feel that you are not one of them. All these people have come from Condeco India(gurgaon) with a plan. In india office, you have hr, a director, two manager reporting to director and 5-6 leads reporting to managers. so no worries, is a global player in remote workforce space which is not a worry because global leadership have plan to setup entity here as soon as possible. First be clear, there is no entity as of April 2022 in india.
